Lydia has sadly never been shown. She has been a lesson horse for the lower level students being a sweet mare with smooth paces. She takes care of all her riders and loves the children best. She was bred to be a show or endurance horse with some lovely bloodlines. Her sire is a lovely boy with movement to die for. He is one of the smoothest rides and a winner without the shoeing and aids so often used in the show ring these days. He comes from a long line of champions including the lovely Chubasco. Tobasko sire great all round show horses, they can strut in the ring and walk down the trails with equal success.
Lydia's dam Princess Kostalot is queen of C&H Ranch and just as well bred as Tobasko. She was bred to be an Endurance horse with a pedigree featuring multiple Tevis cup winners.
Lydia will hopefully follow in those footsteps as she has been conditioned to become an endurance horse.
