This event is fairly straight-forward. Post your lovely horses for sale that you have available!
HF welcomes All-Sim participation as well! We would love to see everyone enjoying the celebration. Please keep this in mind when posting a horse or making a raffle offer. It is important to include specification regarding this.
Posting a sale horse...
One post per horse please. The subject line MUST include (you can us AS for All-Sim too):
Horse Name/Breed/Discipline/All-Sim or HF
Body of the post:
Discipline Key for Subject Line
If you choose to use the discipline key in the subject line to save space, you can use the following guidelines for everyone's reference:
WP: Western Pleasure (includes trail, sidesaddle, etc)
WW: Working Western
DR: Dressage
JMP: Jumper
HNT: Hunter (working, over fences, etc.)
HP: Hunter Pleasure
SS: Saddleseat
SH: Sport Horse
HALT: Halter only (or sport horse in-hand)
EV: Eventing
DR: Driving (such as fine harness, working harness, pleasure, etc.)
CDE: Combined driving
RAC: Racing (flat, harness, or steeple)
END: Endurance racing
GAIT: Gaited horse events
GYM: Gymkhana
If your horse shows in more than one discipline, use the one that it has the most aptitude for. For example, if it shows in Sport Horse Show Hack and also Dressage, but you plan to bring it to advanced levels of dressage, use that.
By posting a horse you are understanding and agreeable that ANY member may have a chance for ownership in the raffle. Once posted, a horse owner does not have the right to decline the winning raffle member the horse.
Making your raffle entry...
This will be held as a raffle to ease the workload AND make it fair. Simply post your name as a reply in the horse's thread. One entry is enough.
By posting a raffle entry, you are agreeing to the horse owner's sales contract and MUST honor it.
After the raffle...
On the closing date, all entries in the thread will be randomized and the winner will be posted in each horse's thread. You have ONE WEEK to claim your prize and fulfill contract obligations by contacting the horse owner VIA THE HORSE'S THREAD.
All unclaimed horses will remain in the posting owner's possession.
