C&H BREEDING CONTRACT FOR HF FOALS:
"C&H Ranch retains first right of refusal on foals that have either a sire or dam that are C&H owned. We will reclaim the foal if a member has been deemed abusive or inactive. Foals must be registered in the MR upon birth, and any programs it is eligible for. A working URL and the foal's basic information must be PM'd upon the foal's birth. Foals are not allowed to exported without permission C&H. Foals may be speedaged ONCE, according to HF rules, and please notify C&H of the new year of birth. Foals CANNOT age more than three years younger than their youngest parent - NO exceptions to this. Foals from C&H mares must have the CH suffix in its name."
C&H BREEDING CONTRACT FOR ALL-SIM/OTHER GAME FOALS
"C&H Ranch does not retain the same sales contract over All-Sim/other game foals, as I simply do not have time to keep up with all of them. Once the foal is bred, it is yours. A working URL and the foal's basic information must be PM'd upon the foal's birth. Foals may be speedaged according to your games rules, and please notify C&H of the new year of birth. However, foals CANNOT age more than three years younger than their youngest parent - NO exceptions to this. Foals from C&H mares must have the CH suffix in its name. I would appreciate a first right of refusal should the situation arise (though not mandatory), and updates on the foal's URL if that changes from the time of birth. If I do find that a horse's owner has been inactive for at least a year, then I do retain the right to reclaim the foal to ensure it is not lost."

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I am always happy to help, or offer advice on what I think each stallion's best siring capabilities are if you have questions regarding that. You can post here or PM me (Megan, C&H Ranch). [/s]
