Any additional information you would like to include (notable championships, progeny, etc.):
The Stallion:
Achelous CH is a prime example of what a pure Polish stallion should be. He looks larger than he really is, with his wide powerful chest, long legs, short back, stretchy neck, and well-muscled hindquarters. He has large but shorter cannons as well for a stride that uses less energy, with flat knees and well-shaped hard hooves. He definitely has get-up-and-go energy, but he can go for hours. We think he would be outstanding as a working western horse, or definitely suitable for endurance. Given both of his parents, we firmly believe that this is a horse will will not only remain sound in a full career, but also have a long-lived career as well.
The Lineage:
Achelous CH's sire is the fantastic Polish stallion Desert Sky+++. He is a LONG time resident of HF, though was only given am inconsistent chance at a career until only in the last handful of years. But what he has done since as an endurance horse, wow! By October of 2016, he had 3,150 lifetime miles, eight wins and ten Best Conditions out of 33 starts, nearly $300,000 in prize money, and is closing in on his Hall of Fame and AHA Legion of Masters titles. His lineage is about as good as pure Polish gets, with multi-Polish National Champion Grafik as his sire, and record shattering (with her sale in 2008 for $1.6+ million) Polish National Junior Champion Mare, All Nations Cup Senior Champion Mare, European Champion Senior Mare, US National Champion Senior Mare, and WORLD CHAMPION SENIOR MARE at the 2007 Salon du Cheval Kwestura as his dam.
Achelous CH is by the lovely Polish mare *Aquino+, who originally hailed from Southern Acres Inc. Her most recent accomplishment is being awarded the LAUREATE at the All-Sim Pedigree Database Inspections, ranked #15 out of 5,606. She is one of only two C&H horses who currently hold the LAUREATE inspection level. Imported into HF in 2009, she has been primarily a broodmare. But in her previous game, Revolution Sim, she was a fantastic show horse! She earned twelve National Championships, one World Championship, three AHA Year End Awards, and even Triple Crown titles in halter in 2007 and working cow horse in 2008. She even earned a Grand Championship in the ASAHAC in 2005 for working cow horse. Her pedigree truly speaks for itself.

"C&H Ranch retains buy-back rights, as well as the ability to reclaim the horse if it has been mistreated or deemed inactive. The CH must always remain in the horse's name; the horse must never be exported from Horses Forever as well. You will contact the HF Mandatory Registry immediately upon your purchase of your horse, and also register the new age of the horse if you decide to speedage it. Foals may be speedaged ONCE, according to HF rules, and please notify C&H of the new year of birth. Foals CANNOT age more than three years younger than their youngest parent - NO exceptions to this. If it applies, you will also contact the HF Arabian Horse Association to let them know your Sweepstakes/Futurity/EAF Nominated horse has changed ownership from C&H Ranch to you. Please email me, PM, or post the horse's new page as soon as you have it created, and within ONE WEEK of the sale."
Additional terms that apply to this horse specifically:
Horse cannot be speedaged older than 2002. I would prefer to see him not speedaged that old though haha, preferably kept younger than 2009.
