Weather and Show Update:
Having been the first day of the Classic, things were pretty hectic. The facilities started to get crowded early in the morning as trainers, riders, friends, family and of course, the horses, began to enter the RTS Show Grounds. People started grooming their horse's as early as 6AM just to get a head start on things, and many trainer's had their rider's hack the horses prior to the show to get them used to their new surroundings.
The morning was somewhat humid with a white clouded sky-no sign of blue anywhere. However, at around 9:30AM people started to sigh as the sun and blue sky began to appear.
Spotted around the events were some pretty well known people. Fiona of Foxwood Farm was seen schooling her 7yo Mare Spot The Difference who seemed to be very calm and at ease with her surroundings.
Gottgetamoveon owned by Lori B, seemed to be getting pretty excited as he cantered around while being lunged.
Celina Vollick was seen grooming her gorgeous stallion Vested Legacy who seemed to be waking up from an early wake-up call.
Autumn was extremely busy as many of her show hands tried to help her with her 6 green jumpers. Joyous Bell was seen rearing and going wild as she was taken off of the trailor, however later on Autumn's 11yo mare Wisdom was jumping beautifully in the sand ring as though this was old stuff for her.
More horse's and their staff were seen preparing as well. As 10AM rolled around, RTS's head announcer called all the horse's to the main rings attention where the division would begin. The judges arrived at their stands and sat awaiting the first horse...

Jumper Phase #1
This course consists of 10 jumps. Jump #5 is a plank jump and jump #10 is a large oxer. Jump #1 is to be trotted. Strides from jump #1 to #2 should be a good 5 steady strides. There are 2 long strides between jumps #3 and #4. Sharp turn after jump #5 should be taken with caution. Strides between jumps 7,8 and 9 are 2 striders. Horses should caution the turn after the last jump as well and should always turn RIGHT in order to not hit jump #6.

Flat Phase #2

#2.MV Ballade- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Great flexability. This horse responded very well towards the rider's movements. Ballade was constantly focused on his job.
#3.Superman- Cloud10Girl
*Also a great performance. Superman's gorgeous long body was used to his full desire. His hind end was used very well and he was constantly in a straight line.
#4.Vested Legacy- toocoolbabe86@hotmail.com
*Beautiful horse whose hard to beat. Flat work is definately a strong part of this horse!
#5.Lauren Ashley- TBHunter85
*Great performance! This horse did very well
#6.Spyder Games- Cloud10Girl
*Nice long extensions of the leg. Rider was there for the horse 100%.
#7.SFF Stonehenge- Appaluz
*Gorgeous frame work on this horse. Got a little fast at the canter but managed to pull himself back together.
#8.MV ISle De France- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Wondeful flat horse. Really looks like a pleasure to ride however Isle had a little trouble keeping his body square and low.
#9.Caliente- Wiley66
*Spooked a bit at nearbye yelling kids and then had a hard trouble focusing again on what he was doing.
#10.California Justice- Cloud10Girl
*Picked up the wrong lead twice...this horse was very excited and jumpy and just wanted to counter-canter the whole way! lol
Jumper Phase #2
This course also consists of 10 jumps. Strides are the same as the 1st course, however, turns are much sharper. Beware of Jump #4-#5 as well as #7-#8.
#1.Vested Legacy- toocoolbabe86@hotmail.com
*This horse placed extremely well in the 1st phase of the jumper round and again in the second. Legacy had the quick speed the sharp turns, and the keen instinct to win this round by a mile!
#2.Spot The Difference (APA)-fiona_cleo@hotmail.com
*Another brilliant preformance from this horse. Spot is on fire no doubt. Viewers were shocked to see this horse jump oxer #4 as he leaped a foot higher than the rail! A true jumper with the heart to perform!
#3. SFF Stonehenge- Appaluz
*This foal is just shocking RTS more and more. His potential is beyond words and his looks are more than gorgeous. This boy is going places...
#4.MV ISle De France- mysticvisions@angelfire.com

#6.Spyder Games- Cloud10Girl

#7.Superman- Cloud10Girl
*SUPERMAAAAAAAN (::sings::)this guy is definately Super! RTS was hoping to see this guy here and boy are we ever amazed by his outcome! This jumper round was ok for him, not bad but not terrific as well. He seemed a little agitated by the viewers and all the excitement and had a little trouble focusing on his part. It's the Green Jumpers though and is only expected. With more time he should definately be fine!
#8.MV Ballade- mysticvisions@angelfire.com

#9.Caliente- Wiley66
*Caliente wasn't as great as RTS had hoped. He knocked down both the rails on jump #4 and jump #6. This day has been very exciting for him and he grew a little tired.

Sired by the best, this Wahlen foal came here tall and magnificant, ready to eat up his competators. He really fascinated everyone during his first flat phase where he won out of 39 horses. Three of her horses placed in the top 10! An unthinkable and EXTREMELY hard task to fulfill! And might I add that they are all sired by RTS stallions!hehe Justice really knocked the sox off of some of the other horses. He nailed the second jumper course and almost won it! You know normally when I got to the lower placers I discussed why they placed low and how they faulted in that section, however, 9th out of 39 horses...if you consider that low, then I'm moving out of town! This horse is one of the nicest mares I've seen. She shows definite signs of excellent past training and future potential skills. Placing 9th out of 39 horses, this mare is one heck of a show horse!
PRIZES:

New personalized lead shank
$4,000 Prize Money
Placing Medal (Pictured Below)
#10.Spyder Games- Cloud10Girl no points but 10th placer overall)
Sired by an RTS stallion, Sypder Games definately made us proud. This boy really showed his stuff to us today. He did a wonderful job in the 1st jumper course placing 5th out of the 39 entered and he also placed very well in the hack classes. He's got talent and he's got determination. I look forward to seeing him perform again soon!
PRIZES:
New Grooming Box with associated brushes ect.
New personalized lead shank

Final Word
There is no doubt that some of the horses we saw perform today are going to mature into amazing jumpers. Some horses have their days, others do not. It does not mean that a horse who placed last is horrible, it mearly means it was not their day to shine.
But it was the perfect day for 10 amazing horses who really did overcome a difficult task: to defeat their numerous amount of talented competitors. Even the horse's who placed between 11th and 20th place showed intense signs of professional skills. All these horses were very talented.
For the top 10 placers, I congradulate you again. This title is more honorable than I can describe. Your horses have shown brilliance in their area and have been seen by the jumper world of WH. Your future awaits you with a big smile ; )
Today went by extremely well. After the closing ceremony including distributing of prizes and praise of the top 10, owners and trainers began to run back to their trailors where they loaded up their horses and drove back to the barn. Some went home with faces of pure joy while others had facial expressions of revenge. Whatever their mood, the people cleared quickly out of the grounds in anticipation to get back to their barns and prepare for tommorows Children's Jumpers.
*NOTE*: I may have called a stallion she, or a mare he because I was basing my reports on whether I thought the name was for a boy or a girl sometimes. I have over 1000000000 e-mails full of entries lol it would have taken 3 hours just to get the genders of the horses here I do not know. Therefore please accept my apologies if I mixed up your horses gender at all!

Childrens Jumper Statistics:
A total of 24 horses entered
Out of those 39, there were 11 different owners
Weather and Show Update:
After yesterdays total success with the Green Jumper Division, trainers, riders and owners began to charge in around 6AM in order to get an early start at things before the event. Many owners from yesterdays division were seen next to their horses entered in this division. Some looked at ease as though they had full confidence in their horses, while others looked a little disturbed remembering how hard it was yesterday to place well.
Owners were seen discussing strategies with one another and wishing each other luck. Cindy (imaequestrian) was seen talking to Celina (TooCoolBabe86@hotmail.com) owner of Cindy Lou Who hehe.
RTS's own LaBaron was looking pretty good in the ring as he was being lunged. Nearbye, Autumn's Drakarr was seen being schooled.
Throughout the day all of the horses warmed up pretty nicely. None were seen misbevahing at all and it seemed as though everyone was ready to win the title.
The sun came out around 7AM with a few clouds as well. According to the news, the temperature is supposed to go up to 90F today. With this in mind, the announcer gave notice to everyone to watch their horses in the heat and be careful. Let's hope the hot weather won't effect anyone's ride today!

RESULTS:
*NOTE*: To save myself some time. I will only be giving compliments to the top 6 placers of each Class!
#1.Wicked One- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*A beautiful ride on Wicked One! This girl definately went out there already in focus to look professional. Her rider Charis definately took control of her as she held a steady contact and really allowed Wicked to move into the bit. A smart ride and a beautiful one at that as well!
#2.Awesome Dazzler- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Another horse owned by Sunni, this large 17hh mare really stormed out there and made some of the other horses look puny. She's got intense flexation and really uses her back to support her framework. Amazing flat work!
#3.Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
*This mare was also amazing. Her rider Tamara stayed really quiet on her back and allowed her to do her stuff. She never fiddled much with her mouth which is great. This division is very hard because you have children riding the horses, not adults or trainers, therefore placement depends on both horse and rider here. Tamara really pulled through for her horse and Dilaika gave us an excellent show!
#4.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian
*Aww..RTS had seen this guy in the RTS Extravaganza. Coming back again, Cookie looked bigger, bolder and stronger than ever. Despite his cute name, this boy was 100% professional and intimidating to the horses and rider's around him. He charged into the ring stepping long and sleek taking home a wonderful 4th place in the hack!
#5.LaBaron- Wiley66
This is one of RTS's best boys. He's got a great long stride and an even pace. He really excelled in the flat class today which completely excited the RTS gang. LaBaron's rider Alexandra, really held this guy together. She's used to riding ponies but has just began to ride this guy. She was nice and quiet and really allowed him to hold himself.
#6.(ARS) Ashley's Wonder- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
Another great performance given. This girl definately held herself together very well. She kept a graceful yet strong stride in the canter and really let her head flex down low. She kept her body straight and never questioned her rider. Inspiring performance indeed!

Jumper Phase #1
This course consists of 12 jumps. Jump #1 is a plank jump that wraps around to jumps 2 and 3 which consists of 3 strides in between. The triple combination consists of 1 stride in between each jump. Jump #7 is a large oxer. The turn to jump #8 is pretty sharp- rider's will have to watch for the turn prior to jump #7 in order to hit it correctly. Jump 9 to 10 is a 1 strider and jump 11 is a big coup jump. The final jump #12 is a large plank jump.
RESULTS:
#1. Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
*This horse continues to shock me. After an amazing 3rd place in the hack class, this horse just woke up and nailed the jumps in the ring. The turns were no problem for this horse. Tamara stayed steady and light in the saddle and really sat back for those tight turns. Her horse stayed quiet and nice for her and really extended and held back at the times she needed to. A clear and gorgeous round as Dilaika takes the win!
#2.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian
*And we see him yet again! This guy really pranced into the ring looking a bit hyper. After storming fast tot he first jump he seemed to calm down and then take to the jumps very well. The first jump was almost a warm-up for him. The rest of the course was great as Cookie flew over all of them. He's a really cool jumper and tends to jump the jumps very level almost touching the poles, but he really tucks his knees in tight. This saves him time and allows him to prepare for an early sharp turn. Great ride!
#3.Wicked One- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*After winning the last class this girl proves to us again that she wants the win! She took to the course very very well and really nailed all of the jumps. At one point her rider Charis lost her stirrups but managed to stay on and complete the course perfectly! Talk about strong legs!
#4.Awesome Dazzler- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
* Awesome Dazzler was sheerly awesome in this class. Her height definately helped her clear the jumps though it was a little harder for her to grasp the turns. She took the turns somewhat slow but then raced to the jumps and collected about 4 strides out from them. A situation which normally won't be too successful turned out to be amazing! This one left people in awe!
#5.LaBaron- Wiley66
*Another 5th for this RTS horse as he really strove to nail this course. He has a great eye for the jumps and his rider Alexandra really helped him lock into them. Once this guy sees his target, it's smooth sailing for him!
#6.(ARS) Ashley's Wonder- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Our 6th place jumper really did a great job. This is her 2nd 6th so far in the division. She had a little difficulty with the timing but managed to pull together a great round with no faults!

The following horses are left:

#2.Awesome Dazzler- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
#3.Ch Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
#4.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian
#5.LaBaron- Wiley66
#6.(ARS) Ashley's Wonder- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
Jumper Phase #2
This course includes all of the same jumps as Course #1 except for the triple combination. All strides are the same. Turn from jump #1 to jump #2 should be done with caution as well as #5 to #6.
RESULTS:
#1.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian
*I think this guy is trying to tell us something...Cookie is back again and better than ever. He really rode this course great and nailed the turns which were exceptionally hard. Amazing job!
#2.(ARS) Ashley's Wonder- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*This girl really pulled through for her rider this time. There were a few times when her rider was too far forward in the saddle making Ashley pop over the jumps yet the rider managed to stay on and Ashley trudge on forward. It was an interesting disply, not too graceful, but in the jumpers, a clear and quick round will get you to the win!
#3.Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
*A great round here. This girl was quick, smart, and really responsive. She held off during the turns and sped up when she needed to. Great course!
#4.Wicked One- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Wicked One had trouble with the turns however she managed to kick in when she needed to. She almost hit the rail in jump #6 but managed to end with a clear and pretty good round.
#5.Awesome Dazzler- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Awesome Dazzler also performed well with a clear round however she took the turn from jump #5 to #6 a little too wide and lost a lot of time.
#6.LaBaron- Wiley66
*LaBaron also finished with a clear round however he had trouble with the distances and took an extra stride for almost all of them. This really hurt him and led to some time faults.
Due to a tie, there was a jump-off held between Dilaika and Cookie Monster. The course was to jump #1 to #2 to #6 to #9 then finish by jumping # 5 to #4. The winner with the least amount of faults and quickest time wins.
RESULTS:
#1.Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
#2.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian
Final Overall Placement
(Done by # of points acheived)
#1.Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
* Dilaika finished it off beautifully and really nailed the jump off. This mare had one heck of a rider on her back as well. Tamara really helped steer this horse to the jumps and also knew when to back off and when to let her rip. An outstanding mare who was very consistent all throughout the division. Congrats to our new CHILDRENS JUMPER CLASSIC CHAMPION!!!!!!!

He was bold and powerful all throughout and was definately a dominant horse out there. He really took to the courses well and didn't let the sharp turns get to him. He's got an amazing attention span and really stayed focused throughout the entire show. A great horse, wonderful rider and an amazing, everlasting performance from this horse is all we saw today!

#4.Awesome Dazzler- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*This horse has a lot of pizazz. She really came in strong today especially in the flat phase. Her placings in the jumper classes really helped her in this division as well. Her rider Mark, was very soft on the bit with her and barely ever touched her mouth when jumping. This allowed her to really stretch out at the jumps and clear all of them. Great riding and congrats!

Final Word
I must say I am very pleased with how this show is running. People are being very supportive and having ads made, giving sponser money and cheering on the horses.
This division was all together fantastic. The horses really went out there and did a great job no matter how hard the competition was. The top 6 finishers really strove to be the champions they are and will no doubt, perform beautifully in the future.
As some of the bigger divisions come up (talent search, junior jumpers, grand prix) the competition will ge harder. We ask that in order to make these results as best as possible that some of you help out by sponsering some of the events and also requesting ads. I have a few ads yet to show and would love to see more on here. Already I have received numerous amounts of responses dealing with them. They are here for a reason : )
Anyway, congradulations to everyone on this division!
As riders and trainers pull away from the RTS grounds, they recall the past events and think of what tommorows day will bring...
Below are a few ads presented by RTS in honor of the show. Please take the time to look at them!

Weather and Show Update:
I must say it's been a wonderful show so far! Everything has been going by great! We have new Green and Children Jumper Champions and still have more on the way!
Today's weather wasn't all that great. The hot and sunny weather faded and it was raining pretty hard in the morning. RTS's nearbye staff (full of 300 people for this show) went to help bring all of the jumps into the indoor rings. RTS currently has 3 built indoor rings including a large Grand Prix sized ring.
As the rain turned into a large thunder storm, rider's and their horses began to pile in by the many including the hundreds of nearbye spectators. The thunder and lightning lasted for about an hour and a half. By that time, the thunder and lightning had stopped but it had continued to rain. Instead of calling the show off, the RTS staff set up the jumps in the indoor and the show went on inside as though nothing had happened.
Of course there were a few spooked horses out of the whole storm, and people were upset that this rainy and crappy weather day had to come at such a bad time, but no one was hurt and everything was back to normal within a short period of time.
The two smaller indoor rings were used as schooling rings while the large Grand Prix ring was set up and ready for show. All of the spectators were asked to be as quiet as possible since they all sat on the stands very close to the ring.
Warming up we spotted a few known horses. Sneak Preview is an RTS trained horse. Brooke J. Goldsman was spotted schooling her alongside her owner Deanna. Sneak was a little skittish since she hasn't shown in a while but looked pretty good after a while.
Spotzilla, an old RTS owned horse, was looking better than ever. He was being schooled over the jumps and boy could this horse jump!
Liz (tb4me2000), an old old friend of RTS, was seen lunging her horse OS Shoot The Moon who was a bit wild and rambunctious but looked gorgeous while freaking out : )
Of course there were a ton of other horses and riders familiar to RTS there as well.
As the day went on, the horses showed to their fullest. Some amazing results were left with some new Adult Jumper Champions.

#1.Just Another Manor- Gustyacres
*Well..I must say this was a brilliant display to watch! This stallion was kickin it today! He went into the ring without a fear in the world. The rain was beating harder than God himself, but this horse blocked out the sounds and just worked out his stuff. An amazing performance by one heck of a horse!
#2.Spotzilla- fiona_cleo@hotmail.com
*What did I tell you? This guy is hot stuff! His amazing appy color really attracted the judges attention. His gaits were long and smooth like a hunter and he was in total controll. Great job!
#3.Sneak Preview- Gustyacres
* I am more than happy to see this girl place 3rd. She's been working now for the past couple of months with RTS's head trainer and already she's turning into her old self again. Her flatwork is beyond gorgeous. She truly has the elegance and the framework to keep everyone in awe!
#4.Poetic Justice- Gustyacres
*Deanna's horse's are just kicking butt so far in the flat class. This 12yo guy knows his stuff and really went out there, head low, body square, ears forward, attention completely focused on his rider. A brilliant performance!
#5.Guppy- lblake18@msn.com
*Guppy also proved he's worthy of the win when he bolted into the ring with 1 thing in his mind: to perform with excellence. His flatwork was beyond gorgeous and he really listened to his rider who handled him beautifully. The two of them were always 100% together and really listened to each other all-throughout the class.

#2.OS Shoot The Moon- Tb4me2000
*After a very nice flat class, Shoot The Moon really goes out there and jumps an amazing course. He was perfectly positioned in every way and really hit the angles on the jumps well getting an impeccable time on the clock!
#3.Pride's Scornful Sting- huntersmoon@sympatico
*Another very nice ride here. This horse really sped up between the first two jumps to gain clock time. The strategy worked and really allowed them to save time on some of the harder turns and angles. A smart ride!
#4.Chicago Hope- Wolf Song2000
* Chicago Hope really started off at a slow pace. It seemed as though he would never place well until after the 4th jump when he started to pick up intense pace. Then Chicago started cutting the turns and heading straight towards the jumps at unthinkable angles! Not many horses would have pursued to jump the jumps the way he did! But it worked and left a crowd applauding wildly!
#5.Candy Pieces- fiona_cleo@hotmail.com
*A great ride also by this horse who really hit every jump with a powerful boom! This horse was a little slower than the top 4 placers but really hit every jump with perfection and received a clear round!

Final Word
Finally another day has ended. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so nice, but we got a taste of which horses are really well trained. Some horses didn't place well and had trouble with the oncoming storm while other horses trudged on in total focus to win the event.
So far it's been really interesting to see the # of horses doing well that have been connected with RTS at one point or another. These results are entirely done by Cindy (Imaequestrian) so it's pretty weird/cool for them to end up this way...maybe it means something : )
Anyway...the show went by very well today. There were no injuries or any misbehaving from any rider's. I look forward to the Pony Jumpers which will be coming soon!
As riders and trainers pull away from the RTS grounds, they recall the past events and think of what tommorows day will bring...

A total of 22 ponies entered
Out of those 22, there were 10 different owners
Weather and Show Update:
Well, after a long wait and a long delay in the show, WHers all over were quite excited to continue the show. Ponies from all over the country paraded onto the RTS grounds today, in hopes of claiming one of the highest ranked titles in the world: The Pony Jumper Classic Champion.
The day began a little humid and misty but cleared up by 8AM. The sun began to shine and the temperature rose to 95 degrees by mid-day. It was exztremely hot and tents were put up all around the feilds for horses and riders to stand under. Fans were heard storming off all over the grounds as people were seen with fans everywhere as well. It was an extremely hot day and rider's/owners/trainers/stable hands were warned to be careful with their horses in the heat.
Despite the hot weather the show ran extremely well today.
Beginning early this morning a few well-known ponies were spotted preparing.
RTS's own Aruba's Rain was spotted out in the grass feild grazing early this morning. He's been showing in A rated shows his entire life and was given a little break this morning from his intense week of schooling.
Along with this champion we spotted his two sons preparing for their day. Kokamo was being lunged and was a little rambunxious and ready to bolt while his full brother Enchanted Rainforest seemed quite content in his stall munching on some hay while trying to scratch his braids with his hind legs.
Sir Lancelot was also spotted preparing for the day. This pony has already been noticed by the RTS staff many times. He is the sire of one of our new fillys as well.
Lancelot was seen jumping a few low jumps around the heights of 2ft just to warm up. He's got a great stride and a powerful jump that's going to be tough to beat!
RTS's old Knock It Off was also seen being brushed by his new owner. He really looks great and has built some nice muscle in his hind end as well. There's no doubt that this pony has the potential to grab this title today!
Other known ponies seen were Lucia (RTS bred filly), Cool It Out, HPP Steppinwolf, Chicken Run and Barcelona.
FrizzyB99 came storming in this morning with a huge trailor full of ponies, all which are gorgeous and seem to be here to prove their worth.
A ton of other owners and ponies were seen throughout the day. We had some incredible rides today as well. Congrats to the new winners!

Final Word
Well it sure has been an interesting day and surely a happen one for the RTS Show Team! Many fine ponies were seen here today and some really cracked out of their shell to strut their stuff!
The award ceremony took place directly after the classes were over and then many trainers/riders/owners reflected on the days events.
2 ponies threw shoes today and were seen at the blacksmiths for quite a while and we also had 3 rider's fall off of their ponies. It was a difficult day for all and a bit stressful for most as well.
As people began to pack up their belongings, a local news reporter stopped a well known trainer Miss Jessica Madison (owner of pony Lucia) to discuss the days events with her.
--------------------------------------------------
INTERVIEW
NR: "How do you feel about Lucia's warm-up this morning prior to the classes? Do you think she was ready for the day?"
JM: "She seemed ok, but a little restless. I'm guessing it was from the heat. She doesn't seem to like all the humidity. After just a few fences her chest was sweaty, and shes in top form. She took the fences well, was on her mark, and looked ok, but I guess she was just a bit exhausted."
NR: "Yes it seems like a few ponies were having trouble today with the heat. There was a lot of competition in the class today. Overall, how did you feel about your ponies performance?"
JM: " I'm a little disappointed - I thought she would make a better jumper (this is her first jumpers show). Look at her bloodlines, lol. She seems to be more of a hunter than a jumper, but I know shes got the speed!"
NR: "Well all ponies have their bad days I'm sure. On a lighter note- You don't have any horses in the Junior Jumpers class which is schedualed to be next. Are there any horses you are rooting for particularly or any that you think will take the win?"
JM:" Hmm... after not-so-good luck in the Hunter/Eq show, Lady Jessica deserves a good placing."
NR: "Thank you so much for sharing your views with us! And good luck to you in the Grand Prix!
JM:"Thanks, our team needs it!"
-------------------------------------------------
The heat was a big problem for most of the ponies today. RTS is pulling out the fans and more tents just in case. We'll be ready for the next show day, and we'll be eager to see what happens as well!
As riders and trainers pull away from the RTS grounds, they recall the past events and think of what tommorows day will bring...

Weather and Show Update:
This morning was pretty foggy and damp after a light rain earlier in the morning. The horses were beginning to prepare for their competative day ahead.
Popcorn was seen being lunged in the Grand Prix feild. He looks pretty good today and is really energized and awake.
Rainy Days is a gorgeous new mare owned by Foxwood Farm. Once she arrived, we knew automatically who she was by her glistening dapple grey coat. She's bound to prove something today.
RTS's own Lady Jessica has been doing well lately and should bring some competition to the crowd.
It was great to see California Hot Spot back on the RTS grounds. We haven't seen too much of her since we sold her and she's looking greater than ever. She's fresh and young and ready to show off today.
Emperor Of Russia seems to be the big competition here. He's trained partially by RTS's head jumper trainer and has been doing very well. This guy is on his way towards becoming a huge Grand Prix Jumper. He was spotted schooling over some jumps this morning and he already looks like a pro!
Fairy Queen and Killjoy were two other horses spotted walking side by side as their handlers led them on a little brisk walk around campus to get used to the surroundings. Both are going to be tough to beat as well.
Other horses familiar to RTS spotted were Case Dismissed and SOS Galaxy.
We spotted some new horses with whom we've never seen before as well including MV SSF Carnival's Golden Decision and Acecia. There are a ton of new horses in this category, all who seem ready and prepared to take over the Champion title here today!
As the day went by, the temperature rose to about 89 tops which was a very nice break from the 94+ temperature we've had during the past week. The horses seemed content with the weather as well.
The sand ring was raked this morning and really looked nice for the event today.
We had some surprising results here today that will definately be amazing to view! Congrats to our new Junior Jumper Classic Champion!

Final Word
As you can see, todays class was really dominated by the mares! GIRL POWER ALL THE WAY! : )
We had some amazing outcomes such as the first horse to ever place 1st more than once in a Classic event. We also had some amazing youngsters take over the older more advanced horses as well! Just goes to show that the young green horses can still kick butt!
Todays weather was much much nicer as we can all see. It was much nicer for the horses as well as all the people involved as well.
As the Talent Search Class approaches, the competition becomes more challenging. Some big names are about to appear on the RTS grounds and who knows which horses will leave with new titles.
All-in-all it was a great day with some exciting outcomes!
As riders and trainers pull away from the RTS grounds, they recall the past events and think of what tommorows day will bring...

Today was a very interesting day indeed! Many horses came in hopes of claiming the title of the 2001 Talent Search Champion. This award is very very special indeed. It highlights the past year and gives praise to a single horse who has shown incredible talent and performance throughout the show. This event is one of the toughest divisions in the entire show due to the amount of talent entered. We have some tough competitors here today including Pinto Mare Zena with whom has shown incredible perforamances in the past. Shetan is also another horse with whom we have seen before yet never watched him perform. He's bound to bring some tough compeition for the other horses. Sausalito is a long time friend to RTS and we happy to see him here. RTS has entered two of their mares in this event including the amazing Truth whose bloodlines can be found no where else, and out wonderful equitation mare GCH. World Conquest KWPN. It should be a very very interesting day!

*Another horse owned by Autumn (her horses are just kicking butt! : ) this stallion is very unique. He holds himself so well during the courses you'd think he was a freakin gelding! He really really is a gentleman and listens to his rider's leg. At 7 years old you'd think he'd be a little uptight and crazy but he really proved that he's all brains and talent today as he swept over the courses gracefully, taking to each jump perfectly. Great job!
PRIZES:
Horse receives total of 20pts

Fleet- this horse has so much energy he looked as though he could go forever! He had a few problems with footing and slipped a little bit but managed to clear the round and still place 6th!
Cosmic Affair- This big stallion really surprised us today as well. He's got a great big body and really uses it to his advantage. When he jumps it looks as though he thrusts his entire body over the jump- propelling his body with such force that it's an amazing event to watch. He's a very powerful stallion and has the potential to use this more to his advantage in the future. All-in-all a spectacular horse who we can't wait to see perform in the future!

Final Word
Today was quite an interesting day! We had some new horses take charge and others with whom have been struggling, finally defeat those and take their winnings.
I want to again apologize for the hold up for the results of this show. It took a while I know and they should have been out a long time ago. RTS has been known for their precise and professional events and we don't want this to change that. We promise that we'll do our best to never let this happen again!
As riders and trainers pull away from the RTS grounds, they recall the past events and think of what tommorows day will bring...
Below are a few ads presented by RTS in honor of the show. Please take the time to look at them!

#1.OS Vertically Challenged- Tb4me2000
*CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2001 RTS GRAND PRIX CHAMPION!!!!!! This horse had shocked us from the start when we first saw him in the morning. After coming all the way from Ireland, it's truly shocking how in shape and prepared he was to enter this event.
For those of you who don't know him, you will now be seeing this guy in the spotlight for years to come. "Charlie" is a 17.3hh Irish Sportshorse Stallion sired by Vertical Limit out of USS Challenger. he began his career at an early age of 2 years old and has been trained and ridden by Liz Smith ever since. By the time he was five years old he was jumping 3'6ft and free jumping 4ft. Throughout the next two years this gorgeous guy was up to unthinkable height's beyond 6ft int he Puissance events. It is said that "only a word can describe his accomplishments...Fate," and in this case it's true. Charlie showed brilliance today and really overcame all of the other horses in this event. He's bound to go up in the charts now as one of the best Grand Prix Jumper Stallions to breed to. For all of those looking for great stallions, you should breed to this horse now before he's booked for the year! After this event RTS is going to have a Vertically Challenged foal ASAP!
Again RTS would like to congratulate our winner of 2001. He was destined for fame and now he's grabbed it!

#2.(ARS) Wahlen- Wiley66
* Who would have guessed? Wahlen came out with a bang today and definately proved how incredible he is. RTS's pinto pushed through our other grand prix jumpers and took RESERVE CHAMPION! After an incredible placing in the first two phases with a 4th and 5th we were so proud when he took first place in the jump-off against the other 6 horses, especially considering how tough the course and competition was at that point!
Also labeled as the #1. Pinto Stallion in WH as of this minute, Wahlen's stud fee is going to rise and his open bookings will begin to be limited to the outside public.
Wahlen is a 17.3hh American Warmblood Pinto who is currently owned by RTS. Born in Germany, he was broken and trained at a young age by none other than Monty Roberts himself. His name meaning "The Chosen One" exemplifies his oustanding position as a show horse. He's definately The Chosen One today, that's for sure!
He is the sire of 8 foals that have begun to show excessively in the jumping ring today. This guy is going to be all over the place within the next few years. RTS plans on showing him all over the world no matter what cost. He's going to be one of the most well-known Grand Prix Jumpers soon and this is only the first embarking of his future career...
PRIZES FOR RESERVE CHAMPION:
Horse receives extra bonus points and ends with a total of 55pts
Reserve Champion cooler with name and title
Reserve Champion halter & Lead Shank with name and title
New Butet Saddle
Wooden Tack Trunk
$100,000 Prize Money

#3. Revel- princcss00
*What an outstanding performance!!! First off, placing 1st out of 32 horses in the first class! AMAZING! Than this horse keeps up the good work until the very end where he wins a tie breaker to steal the Bronze!!!! This is one heck of a horse who just won't give up!
This 11yo Thoroughbred stallion is owned by Tara who found him at Maryland track in in 1994, and since then he's been training for jumpers. When he was at the track he never really won anything but Tara knew that there was something special about this horse and that he was bound to go places. Sure enough, he's the oldest and most successful of Tara's grand prix jumpers, and his first foal is due in Nov! He's definately a very honest horse which he showed us today. He really listens to his rider and follows the rider's leg without a problem. Not once today did I see this horse fight his rider. He really stayed nice and balanced throughout his courses which helped him place so well.
As the third placer in this event, Revel and his owner should definately be very proud. Conratulations to our THIRD PLACE FINALIST!!!!!!!!
PRIZES
Horse receives total of 20pts

#4.(ARS) I Spy (EASC)- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*I Spy had one heck of a day here as well. This gorgeous 17hh Chesnut Hanoverian Stallion really kicked some serious butt especially when he placed first during the second jumper phase which really helped him claim 4th place over-all. He's one hell of a horse and at 11yo, really knows his stuff.
So far he has one offspring that is at GCh. status showing in the jumping ring. It is this proof that shows how great of a stallion he is.
Raised at Mystic Visions Stables, Spy started off as an unruly horse who was considered to be "untamable." Within time, Sunni retaught him the basic ground manners that he needed in order to move up in the show ring. he was originally going te be a dressage horse but once Sunni tested him over the jumps, she knew his destiny lay in the Jumper Ring.
Today he is one of the nicest Hanoverian Jumper Stallions in WH. This is another incredible stallion who knows his stuff and definately passes off his traits to his offspring.
A wonderful performance today and congrats to our FOURTH PLACE FINALIST!!!!!!
PRIZES:

#5.Westside Story- fiona_cleo@hotmail.com
*I must say, that I personally am so proud to announce that this horse has placed in the top 7 today. Westside Story is a remarkable 16.3hh Black Dutch Warmblood Stallion. His gorgeous black coat definately catches the eyes of all those around him. He holds himself very properly in and out fo the ring as well and has a "royal" look to him. His magnificance in the ring was definately seen here today as he placed very well in the 2nd Jumper Phase and the jump off!
Now standing at Foxwood Farm which is one of the nicest jumper barns in WH, he's going to be limited for stud uses soon. Breed to this horse before it's too late!
Again a fantastic performance shown here today and congrats to our 2001 FIFTH PLACE FINALIST!!!!
PRIZES:
Horse receives total of 15pts
New Grooming Box with associated brushes ect.
Set of new shipping wraps in you barn colors
$35,000 Prize Money

#6.Zig-Zag- Imaequestrian
*This horse rocks. End of discussion...He really came out today with one thing in mind "showing off his stuff." And that's just what he did! Placing a whomping 6th out of 32 horses, this boy definately strove to claim the attention he deserves. This big boy has a sharp eye and an alert personality. He's from a neighboring farm, Willow Creek, that offered him on trade for one of Cindy's best broods. She took him in green and trained him for eventing/jumpers. He was a quick study but problematic in that he was so smart he'd get ahead of himself, and the rider. With more training this boy became what he is today- one of the finest jumpers out there. This boy jumps as though the 5ft walls are nothing but 1ft cross rails. As simple as it looks watching him, many people admire this horse knowing that he worked so hard to get where he is today.
Over-all an amazing day for this horse and congrats to our SIXTH PLACE FINALIST!
PRIZES:
Points: 15pts
New Grooming Box with associated brushes ect.
Set of new shipping wraps in you barn colors
$25,000 Prize Money
Placing Medal(Pictured Below)
#7.Batman- ihearttumster
*Batman also kicked some major butt out here today Especially when he placed a shocking 2nd out of 32 horses in the first jumper round!
Born and raised by RTS this boy was just sold to Champions Meadows where he is now owned by Jana. This gorgeous guy stands at 17hh. He is a black Canadian Sportshorse stallion and is 10yo. He's got possibly one of the strongest jumps out there and is really a powerful guy. It was said that when he was younger around age 7yo, he didn't know how to control his power so when jumping, most rider's would end up falling off of him! As the years progressed, this guy toned his jump down and now preserves his energy for the bigger heights. There's no doubt that he's one of the nicest Grand Prix Stallions out there and he definately proved this point here today. he currently has 5 offspring, all of which are training to follow in his footsteps. He's one heck of a guy and is going to be topping the charts more than ever int he future!
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 7TH PLACE FINALIST!
PRIZES:
Points: 15pts
New Grooming Box with associated brushes ect.
Set of new shipping wraps in you barn colors
$15,000 Prize Money
Placing Medal(Pictured Below)

Horses should caution the turn after the last jump as well and should always turn RIGHT in order to not hit jump #6.

#5.Lauren Ashley- TBHunter85
*Great performance! This horse did very well
#6.Spyder Games- Cloud10Girl

#7.SFF Stonehenge- Appaluz
*Gorgeous frame work on this horse. Got a little fast at the canter but managed to pull himself back together.
#8.MV ISle De France- mysticvisions@angelfire.com
*Wondeful flat horse. Really looks like a pleasure to ride however Isle had a little trouble keeping his body square and low.

*Spooked a bit at nearbye yelling kids and then had a hard trouble focusing again on what he was doing.
#10.California Justice- Cloud10Girl

#7.Superman- Cloud10Girl
*SUPERMAAAAAAAN (::sings::)this guy is definately Super! RTS was hoping to see this guy here and boy are we ever amazed by his outcome! This jumper round was ok for him, not bad but not terrific as well. He seemed a little agitated by the viewers and all the excitement and had a little trouble focusing on his part. It's the Green Jumpers though and is only expected. With more time he should definately be fine!
#8.MV Ballade- mysticvisions@angelfire.com

I look forward to seeing him perform again soon!

#3.Ch Dilaika- horsezrule@yahoo.com
#4.Cookie Monster- imaequestrian

Pony Jumper Statistics:

Junior Jumper Statistics:
A total of 21 horses entered
Out of those 22, there were 9 different owners

PRIZES
